I was referred to The Champion Firm by a friend. I never had need for an attorney in the past and had no clue what to expect. Because I was unable to drive and had just gone through surgery, Darl Champion came to me. He listened to my accident experience and walked me through the entire process. From the beginning I could tell that Darl was trustworthy and caring. I had the opportunity to also work with another attorney, Shaun Cade, as well as multiple paralegals in the firm. Everyone I have encountered at the firm has been very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt confident throughout the entire process that they had my best interest at heart and that with their help getting there, the end result would be in my hands. Being involved in an accident and dealing with insurance companies is not pleasant to say the least, but The Champion Firm was committed to making sure I was taken care of. I will be reimbursed for my out-of-pocket expenses and compensated for pain and suffering related to an injury that has left me with a permanent impairment. Mr Champion picked up my case after my first lawyer had to withdraw due to personal reasons and from the time i first spoke with Ms Janice to the day I signed for my settlement I felt as if I was treated like family the whole way. I can not say enough good things about my lawyer Morgyn. After the at-fault driver’s insurance company denied coverage and blamed me for the wreck, I contacted Mr. Ashby and the outcome could not have been better.
