I have known Russel for over 35 years, we haven't spoken much till I found myself in the ICU, and had no clue how to file or get any benefits. I called the number and talked to a very nice lady and gave her some information about me to see if I could get Disability. In a couple of days Ms Jackie called me and took my case.
