The Keener Law Group is absolutely Great! I had tried to handle my Social Security Case alone and failed miserable. I knew it was going to be hard and next to impossible to do alone so I went to the phone. I was greeted with understanding and compassion with my certain case and my case worker Jakie Farr started immediately. I was never left in the dark and I feel like they were always checking on me to make sure I was doing ok and making sure there were no changes in my situation. After seeing Mr Keener advertise his expertise in Ga social security . I felt in my heart that the Kenner Law firm should handle my disability case, having been denied several times, It took me almost 6 years to get approved but, I had a different attorney in the beginning. We are a military family and I hired this law firm fight for my disability. My disability was denied and my case was full of errors..We finally received a hearing November I sent Tiffany Fuller several emails about all the errors.I point out all the errors that they should of seen in this paperwork beforehand...... . Never a response. Today I received a letter saying hire a appeal attorney? Why not tell your clients If their claims are denied you can’t do appeals I waited 30 days already and you only have 60 days to file a appeal!! Not to mention when we went to court the lawyer that showed up for me he didn’t even know my case he just set there as if he had no knowledge of my case!

I am a total recluse with a host of medical issues and barely competent to advocate for myself yet in spite of these overwhelming obstacles not the least of which is simple communication (I don't take telephone calls because the ringing phone precipitates an extreme fear and anxiety reaction) the Keener Law firm and especially Jackie Farr, their paralegal dedicated to handling SS and SSI cases, expertly and effectively represented me in my disability claim with the Social Security Administration.
