It is very hard to reach out to the paralegal assigned to your case as they don’t respond in a timely manner, or if ever!

After receiving a phone call from Mr. Kenner about my case, he said that he would make sure that my questions were answered in a timely manner and that is not. I could personally call him and therefore I feel a lot better about continuing to use the Kenner Law Firm!

In the long, cumbersome, and intimidating process of applying for SSDI, you should either have a law degree or find some type of representation. They have been nothing but very nice and professional and helpful since I contacted them the 1st time and have been since.

I’m not done as of yet with Keener Law . But I can say through out these 2 going on 3 years, I’ve always received a response back from a real person . Rather it be email , phone or customer portal . Response time is also fast! We’re still fighting. Update coming soon . I feel it
