I was a client and I was highly unsatisfied. I would call and could never speak to no one. Whenever Tiffany Middlebrook called me back, and that would be weeks later, she was rude and was overtaking me. And during my hearing all evidence wasn't submitted plus she was messaging me asking questions that they should of already known! I did so much leg work with my case that I should not have had to do for them to do the bare minimum. I only spoke to the actual lawyer one time. I pray things work out for me because my whole experience with them was a complete waste of time.

They handled my case like professionals very good people they are on time and honest with everything and helps me a great deal

This place is the worst place you can possibly go to I have not gotten a response back from anyone in over two weeks I lift voice mails and all I got hung up on today 8/22/2022 from someone at the front desk the lady Tiffany middlebrook is very unprofessional she supposed to keep me up to date on my case and she has not done that or has not been able to give me any information about my case that I have not already found out on my own I fill that the service I received is not worth the funds that was paid to this company for lack of info (refund) please

I found myself having to contact the office much to often to inform them of things concerning my case. Although they are friendly and professional, they could do better with communication.

The Keener Law Firm Is very professional And they get things done

I have been getting assistance from the Keener Law firm since September 20, 2021. I have been working with Ms. Gayle Peterson for my case and I have to admit I am not happy at all with my representation. I have been left in the dark about my settlement and my lawyer has been misleading and not upfront about things. There have been times where I can’t even reach her . She never calls to give updates however we do email and I have to wait weeks for a response. I really experienced a great loss and I could have lost my life in the motor vehicle accident I was involved in. To hear the settlement that I would be left with is absolutely disgusting and absurd. They did not fight for my case and would never recommend this law firm to anyone .

If you’ve been beating your head against a wall for years with SSA, all I need to tell you is that after years of trying to do it on my own and being denied twice - I got Disability after turning it over to Keener Law. I felt like I had a legitimate case from the beginning, but even finding an attorney was difficult. I couldn’t get a lawyer to even return my calls. I finally went on Facebook out of desperation for help and a friend of a friend of friend 😘 told me that Keener had helped her get Disability. I’m so thankful I tried one more law firm. Honestly, it didn’t happen overnight. But they stuck with me for over two years all the way to a court date and a judge’s decision. But when it happened (after a total of four years), it was life-changing. Immediate access to Medicare although I was under 65 and over four years of back pay. A fully favorable decision and I’m positive that wouldn’t have happened without Keener. In particular, Jackie Farr, the fantastic paralegal I was lucky enough to work with. We were seriously considering bankruptcy with all the past and ongoing medical bills and lack of income before they took my case. I will never be able to thank the Keener team enough for what they did for our family and can’t recommend them enough.

The Keener Law Firm went above and beyond to help me get my disability and were always extremely helpful if I called with a question or concern. I spent a lot of time trying to hire an attorney to help me but because of my age a lot of attorney's turned me away BUT not The Keener Law firm they took my case on without hesitation. The staff and Mr. Keener were wonderful and I cant thank them enough for all there help!!!
