I hired Attorney Jacob Weldon in 2018 for a bogus DUI case and a Following to Closely that resulted in an accident. Fulton county later added bogus Reckless Driving charge. I was willing to accept the Following to Closely because I clearly hit the other driver. Attorney Weldon made the legal process to fight the case simple and easy to understand. He was even able to get video footage from Grady of the bogus HGN test performed by a uneducated State Patrol. In the end, the DUI and Reckless Driving charges wered dismissed thus saving my Commercial Drivers License. Thanks to Attorney Weldon, I was able to keep my Commercial Driving job and continue to providing for my family. I am a firm believer now that with the right attorney, You can overcome your legal issues with ease and clear understanding.

My husband used Mr Sexton after being involved in a DUI crash that resulted in a total loss of his truck from a drunk driver. Jon was our attorney for almost 5 years concerning a car accident my husband was involved in. Jon was very professional and also very compassionate. Our needs and concerns was his first priority. He battled with workman comp. other law firms and doctors to make sure my husband was taken care of. This would have been a nightmare for us without his help and guidance. We hope to never be in this situation again but if that time comes again Jon would be our attorney. In fact durning our journey 2 other people we know had a similar experience as we did. We recommend Jon and they were happy with his service also. There has to be trust between you and your attorney and we never had a doubt that Jon always had our best interest above anything else. Do not use!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They do no listen, they over charge!!!! They do not fulfill agreements. They will add things you did not agree on to your agreements after you've signed. WORST LAW OFFICE !!!

Talked with Pam earlier today she was very helpful with my traffic ticket. They answered the phone right away and I spoke with her and did everything she told me to and was finished within 15 minutes. I had to appear to court on my original ticket and after talking to her I got that resolved and don't even have to go now. I would definitely recommend the services at this law office. Thanks Pam!!
