Nice good talk was given advice,But didn't get a lot accomplished!

I've used there services twice and have been happy with my experience everytime. Nate was very professional and polite and the receptionist was absolutely lovely. She was Always so friendly and polite.

Nate was very professional and courteous! He took the time to explain every detail of the path I had chosen.

I had an extremely draining experience while going through my divorce. I was not informed of the process while going through it. The sale of my home was contingent on my finalization of my divorce, which I reached out about frequently. The attorney stated he didn’t want to “bother” the judge and agitate him. My closing on my house was pushed back due to me thinking my divorce was not finalized. While him saying he had not heard anything back, I went up to the court house my self on June 22nd only for them to tell me, my divorce had been finalized on June 14th. I closed on my house and the attorney wasn’t even aware I had done all of this. Fast forward a few months I decide I want to follow through with a name change, which was not covered in my divorce papers. I explained how I was very unhappy with the divorce services and asked if I could speak with the attorney about doing a legal name change only for them to tell me I will have to pay for a consultation of 200 dollars and pay the full attorney fee of 1500 dollars for the name change. I feel I should have been warned, advised, or it should have been covered in my papers in case this happens. I will never recommend this office, ever. I feel I should have been compensated somehow, or even at least helped with a name change. So many other things to list. I was very disappointed.

So thankful for this firm, especially Rachel and Robin. They are very professional and detailed and stayed on top of my case. In the event I ever need legal assistance again I will be back! Thanks again you guys for helping my family!!

This review is about five and a half years late, but I believe it is necessary and fair to rate my experiences. Divorce is scary. It is not fun, it is not what you see on TV, and it is far from glamorous. I filed for divorce back in 2016, and chose Nate’s office based on these very reviews. Nate and Candace were professional and compassionate. They did everything I needed them to do, and wanted to do more. I believe I frustrated them more so than any other clients in recent memory, because I was so emotionally connected and did not want my soon to be ex’s feelings hurt. They knew that sentiment would not be reciprocated and advised me wisely, although I hesitated to do what they advised. In retrospect, I should have listened and let them do their jobs. As I approach the final six months of the settlement agreement that will have spanned six years, I can reflect and advise accordingly: let your lawyers do their jobs. When you hire an attorney, you need to trust that they’ve been around the block. They know the opposing team. If you are concerned about hurting feelings, go in a different direction: because your ex is not worried about yours. Mine was not, and had I known how vindictive she and her attorney would be, I’d have asked Nate and Candace to put the pedal to the metal. Over the years, I was able to call or email with questions. I always received a response in a timely manner. If I could do it all over again, I’d hire Nate again, and get the heck out of his way. He’s compassionate enough so you can feel good about the approach, but he’s also savvy enough to be in your best interest. Divorce is one of the hardest things to go through. Your opponent will try to discredit you, attack your character, smear your reputation, and break you financially. It is at that time when you realize that this is why they are your opponent, and no longer your spouse. Let Nate and his team represent you, and you’ll get through. Trust that they know what they are doing, and you’ll get through in very good shape.

Receptionist was rude. Attorney had left office prior to appointment and we were not notified when he returned. $15.00 charge to use credit or debit card for consultation of we were not aware of at time scheduling appointment. We asked if could start the consultation while husband went to get cash, receptionist said she didn't know and had to ask. We left.

Nate and his staff worked on my case diligently for over 2 years. I feel very satisfied with my divorce case results pertaining to my children. The ultimate goal was achieved. I would definitely recommend Nate and his practice for any of your divorce needs.

Mr Smith and his firm we’re more then available when it came to what I needed.. He addressed and took care everything I needed done quickly.. I was more then confident and at ease when it came to court due to direct communication and preparation.. Mr Little and his firm we’re Impressive and much appreciated!!!

I highly recommend Mr Smith. He is professional and personal. He listens to what you need and cares deeply for his clients. He will fight hard for his clients and explain the process to you and set appropriate expectations.
