Nate Smith handled the probation of my husband's will. I was very pleased with his services. He stayed on top of each phase of the probation. Very professional and knowledgeable. Enjoyed being one of his clients.

My experience with Nate Smith was a definite 5Star win for me. He handled a divorce and custody case that I had been blindsided with. I tend to be emotional and at times high strung and he kept me calm and on course. Come court day, the judge ended up throwing the case out, because Nate was so effective, and super early on... I might add, at uncovering the truth. Nate was complemented by our judge on his courtroom "style", and dismissed the case. I am very happy to say that because Nate did not give up on me and the justice for the truth, my marriage and family ended up being saved. I know that cannot be the outcome of every situation, but he WILL not fail you, especially if the truth is on your side. He has an amazing quiet, calm demeanor that hits it out of the park in the courtroom. He left the other side speechless! My husband certainly never saw him coming! He knows the law and how to use it to serve his clients well. I would recommend Nate Smith to anyone. great attorney worth far more than the 5 stars I could give him in this rating. I had the pleasure of hiring Mr. Smith, he came highly recommend. My case was a divorce case, which was very hard at first. I was seeking a Christian lawyer because I had such a bad experience with several my husband and I had interviewed. We were very impressed with his calm, sensible and intelligent ideas for our case. He researched and found things in court records that I did not even know. We won our case against the odds when the other lawyers had told us there was no possibility that we would prevail. I have recommended Nate to co-workers and would have no qualms about recommending him to anyone who seeks a great lawyer. I also found his billing to be fair.

Mr. Smith was my Divorce attorney.. He is a very friendly and down to earth person.. He answered all my questions and I always got through to him and his assistant on the phone or via email.. Unfortunately, my experience was very short lived because no one would answer the phones at the office. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone to make an appointment, they put it in his calendar incorrectly so his consultation call to me was extremely late. Then I made an appt. to come in and drop off my retainer fee and signed contract, and again it was written down incorrectly and my appt. was missed. I have decided to seek counsel elsewhere, and I suggest others to do the same until Mr. Smith has assistants capable of keeping a calendar.
