I was injured at work in 2018. The injury attorney I originally hired did nothing to help me. They asked Kim to take over the case. Kom got right on the process as we were getting close to the expiration date for filing. Kim worked very hard to get the best possible settlement for me. Kim kept me informed about the process a progress all along the way. Mine was not a very lucrative settlement but I feel Kim worked as hard for my case as she would for a case that would have yielded a higher settlement. I hope I never have to sue again but if the occasion every arises I will be calling on Kim Ruder.
