Anytime I have an issue and call Sophia she is quick to return my call or handle any issues I might have. I am very thankful that I have her working on my case. She even helps with things that are not normally helped with and that is greatly appreciated. I was having issues getting into a rental car and she fought for me to get one. She has helped me through this process more than I think she realizes.
