I have found that not only is this a great law firm but I my self has dealt with a few people in your firm not so good communication at all. Since I have been dealing with Cole my cases has been explained to me more Cole is by far the best communicator I have ever been associated with he is well mannered stays on top of his cases and makes SURE that I well informed about everything that is going on with my cases. Hello, I'm james demein askew. I have been involved with Shane Smith since 2018, it has been a rather pleasant experience. From the physical therapy, to the lumbar injections everyone at the law office has been incredibly caring, compassionate, and helpful in every way. I was in an auto accident in the beginning of this year and its been almost a year and I've collected about$14k in bills from their "help". I still have not received a returned call or any update on my case. Every time I call it goes straight to voicemail, so i call their main desk and every time Jason is out of office?? Do not waste your time with them!
