I used them to settle a car accident case. They were supposed to handle my medical bills with pasmrt if the settlement. They took the money but I now see one of the supposedly paid Bill's on my credit report. I've called and left messages with Jessica. And have yet to hear back from them.

Kelsie made handling my settlement case a breeze from beginning to end and I really am thankful for her and all of her help. Very respectful and patient with me.

You set up 10 therapy appointment and they dropped my case don't know why someone HIT me right in front of 2 cameras at at a gas station and you drop my case don't understand

So far I have enjoyed working with the Law Offices of Shane Smith. Lajuana, has been great to work with! She keeps me updated with what's going on with my case and returns my calls or texts in a timely manner! I will do another review once the case settles to let you know how everything went from the beginning to the end, but as far as right now...all is well and I would recommend them to others!

Jessica in accounting was awesome! Very friendly and helpful both times I spoke with her.

The staff that I have talked to is very friendly and helpful especially Kristine. She asks me how I am feeling and she always say at the end of our conservation "I hope you feel better and take care." Words like that goes a long way. I have spoken with Carrie also she makes me feel like I'm in good hands. These two ladies makes sure that they call to check up on me and that I am handled things. I don't have to constantly keep calling because they call me before I call them and if I do call and leave a message my phone call is returned in a timely manner. I feel like I have made the right choice with picking a lawyer firm to represent in my case. Awesome team!!!
