This law office doesn’t really “work for the injured.” I made the mistake of using this firm after being in a serious accident with an 18 wheeler. My guaranteed expectations were not met. Scheduled biweekly update calls were not made on time, and case advisor high turnover was apparent. I wasn’t notified that personnel handling my particular case was no longer employed with the office. Staff seems to be always rushed and very short with answers concerning pertinent lawsuit matters. Case resolution has taken over a year and settled amount was nowhere near as close as it should have been in reference to my specific injuries. It seems as though they are looking to do as little work as possible for a third of your payout, and in these trying times, that could be very costly. I would not recommend.

The intake person Lacey is the most impolite person I’ve encountered! To be the first voice you hear when you contact a company and to be so rude and ill-mannered is saddening! With people like this answering your phone calls I’m surprised clients still trust you all with their cases. I will never refer anyone or advise anyone to go here.

Do not use this firm for your auto accidents. I was contacted and made all kinds of promises by this law firm on how they fight for accident victims including filing in court and seeing justice being served to insurance companies who won’t pay out! HA!! What a joke. What a waste of time!! After 10 months of being in limbo Allstate and this firm just walk away!!!! This was a joke using these guys! A complete joke. They instructed me to go to appointments I did not see necessary and told me if I didn’t go that I would not get my case resolved!!! So now I have over $7000 in bills and a ridiculous pay out of $3500 from Allstate which is another freaking joke!! If you’re in an accident don’t use this law firm unless you have an extra $4000 sitting in your pocket!

It’s been nothing been confusion and talk since my auto accident . They have switched my case worker without telling me and I haven’t spoken to her not one time . I can not get any answers from them besides the same thing over and over . I’m getting really frustrated and impatient due to the fact the communication skills are awful . I feel like I am wasting my time and getting my time wasted .
