I was extremely disappointed in Shane Smith Law Offices! I used them for two cases and it was the same for both. They are the most unprofessional lawyers I have ever did business with.They do not return phone calls, They don't let you know what's going on with your case.They also take too long to give you absolutely NOTHING!! Don't even think about using them if you have a car accident. They are LOUSY LAWYERS!!! How can you have a head on collision that totals your car out. The other party is at fault. You go to the doctor for weeks for your injuries, miss work and they give you a check for 285.00??? That's right folks a check for two hundred and eighty-five dollars!!🤯 It took damn near a year to get that. Can you believe we are still waiting on them to call us back. They don't deserve one star as far as I am concerned !!!

I had a horrible experience working with Law office of Shane Smith. I got into an accident and the other party's insurance denied the claim. Shane Smith office reached out to me to give them the chance to fight the case. They repeatedly confirm that I wont be liable for any payment and they will take care of every medical bills and other payment. They asked me to visit a specific Chiropactor. I always asked them qbout the medical bills and they always confirmed that I wont be liable. They never reached out to me to update. Out of blue, 3 weeks later, they called and withdrew from the case stating that the other party's insurance is denying the claim. I had told them about the denial before I gave them the case. Now I got a $2,000 bill from the Chiropactor. I reached out to them several time but no one picks the call. The attorney never gave a reason for withdrawl. This office does not have any ethical manner to provide details to its client and they LIE a lot. The lawyer was Ms. Cari Ibsen. Worst experience ever!

Lacie is a doll. She goes out of her way to answer all my questions and truly cares for me as a person, not just a client!

So far I can say that this is very professional. They know there business.. they say what they are going to do and they actually do it. And, Lacie, is just outstanding, she is so sweet and caring!! She not only has a big heart she knows her job and does it well.. Thank You So Very Much!! And same for Samantha.. Just Great people.. Give them A Try.

After almost a year my case has suddenly been dropped and left me with a ton of medical bills. No one reached out to me via email or phone. I had to hear from my Chiropractor that my case had been dropped. I'm currently under a ton of financial stress especially during Corona to figure how to pay these bills. I have called 6 times that past 2 weeks with no response.

They were very helpful and informative when it came to my case. Lacy was nice and very respectful!

These guys suck. They sweet talk you and tell you that they are here to help but EVERY SINGLE TIME i call to speak to someone i get forwarded to a automatic voicemail. Its very hard to reach these folks and you'll only hear from them when they need something. I just called Georgia Auto Law so they can take over this case. And they are 24/7! Don't waste your time with Shane Smith Attorneys
