I wouldn't even give the one star but I had to to leave a review I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy me and my husband used them in his accident when he almost died and over a year of waiting he definitely didn't get treated like he was a victim that almost lost his life he also ened up paying most almost all of his own bills I would never deal with Shane Smith nor would I recommend them

I was rearended, while parked, driver punched her gas instead of her brake trying to stop short. I was thrown out of my parking space & had to grab my emergency brake to keep from hitting another vehicle. My car was totaled. The frame was broken. Once Shane Smith got their signed forms, Told them at 1 year, I wanted to take it to court and was told just hold on, negotiating. Told them 6 months later. I wanted to go to court. Was told they were starting the "process" for the next 3 months, phone tag. Next 3 without an update or even returning my calls. Just shy of the 2, I took a settlement well less than what u deserved to be done with Shane Smith Law, since he explained that if we went to court, I would end up owing him. Do not use them.... They will make money, and you will get screwed.
