I PROPHESY AGAINST THIS BUSINESS-IF THEY CONTINUE DOING BUSINESS THIS WAY— THEY WILL NOT PROSPER!!! SHANE SMITH-dropped my case three months before the "Statute of Limitations". I MAY VERY WELL LOOSE MY CASE; AND FOR NO GOOD REASON! I don't understand why a lawyer would take a case, hold it for over a year and then drop it-explaining they could not "HANDLE" the case load? I pray against this law firm...I am a child of God and based on what you did to me...YOUR BUSINESS WILL NOT PROSPER! STOP TREATING PEOPLE THIS WAY!!! IT IS WRONG!

Ignore all the 1 star reviews. Shane smith law office is the best ever. Haleigh has been amazing checking up on me every couple weeks and recommending different doctors to help me with everything that’s happened after I was rear ended while stopped at a red light. Haleigh also helped me schedule all my appointments with 5 different doctors. You won’t find a more caring team than the one here at Shane Smith law!!

I was in a car accident August 2022 This by far has Been the worst experience I’ve ever had, absolutely no communication no direct contact with the attorney, It has been over a year with my case I have been completely ignored and left out of the loop as to what’s happening or going on with my case. I have left emails voicemails still nothing… if I could rate a zero I would. I would advise a firm who communicate. As of today November 2223 still no update still no phone call or email to discuss the matter

Biggest mistake I ever made....I have no clue whats going on with my case...they tell me the samething every 30days..

I wish I would've read the reviews before assigning them to my case. I'm very disappointed at the point. September will be a year since my car accident and there's been little to no activities on my case since I stopped going to the doctors. Not much communication from the case managers. They were calling and checking in at first as long you were seeing the doctor. Soon as you stop all the communication stops.

I was lucky when I found you. I was lost and had no idea what to do. You were all great. I'm 66 years old and I needed alot of help understanding things. Logan was my savior. Anything I needed Logan was there. She was so patient with me. Bless her ♥.
