They were extremely friendly and responsive when I opened my case and called to check up on me while doing treatments. As soon as treatments wrapped up and they had all of my medical bills, communication stopped. My accident was in December 2021. It's the end of March 2023 and I still can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. Avoid this law firm unless you want to be left in the dark for years

My accident was November of 2021. It is now 2023, I was contacted every week. I was encouraged and feeling good until after I had my surgery. Then the calls stopped, I haven’t heard from my lawyer in almost 3 months. Her assistant says that someone quit and she was left with all the work. So basically it looks like I’m going to settle in March or April. I just want to know my Statius and when will I settle, stop tell me you all are waiting on medical bill, I offered to help so we can get this ball rolling but was told no they can handle it. No happy at all!!

I give this firm 1 star because it’s the lowest if it was my choice I’d pick -0 the lawyer I have is Timothy Lewis and I also had Sophia who no longer works for this law firm several promises were made in regards to my injury bills and also pertaining to being off work I’ve been trying to reach out to Timothy Lewis for a month , he hasn’t returned my calls our last conversation ended in me demanding to speak to his manager Shane smith and asking for Shane email address timothy Lewis stated he can not give out Shane email address nor was there an extension/ number where I could reach him.. Timothy Lewis also advised my family to stop receiving treatment for our injuries / however after speaking with doctors they couldn’t understand why such poor advice was given by Timothy Lewis I have so much more to state about Timothy Lewis all the lies and mis handling of my case, several settlement packages have been sent to my email in which I will not sign until timothy Lewis manager shane smith reaches out to me also the doctor is requesting for a family member to come back in and receive steroid shots etc due to looking over mri reports etc both parties have tried to reach out to Timothy Lewis and no response I suppose timothy Lewis is upset because I asked to speak to his manager to state facts in regards to poor representation by Timothy Lewis and Sophia who has left the firm and started working for oasis’s

I called with a slip and fall case and the paralegal Brian called to advise me that the attorney (who I never spoke with) did not think they could add any value to my case. I asked the paralegal to ask the attorney specifically where he did not think we had a case. Brian stated he is not an attorney he cannot provide me with legal advice. I advised Brian that I was not asking him for legal advice but would like the attorney to provide the feedback! Brian refused.
