I have a lot of gratitude for Mr Penland and everyone in his office. He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful throughout this process. It has been years since I had seen my child due to personal reasons but it got resolved so quickly and I'm very happy with the outcome and being able to see my child again.

He took $3500 dollars to represent our case! He never showed up for any court case. Then, ghosted us!

We have been trying to get a simple set of divorce papers drawn up and it has been 7 weeks and we still have no papers. Half the time no one will return a call & I will never use them again. Terrible service!
