Oren did a wonderful job putting together a Trust for my wife and I. He is very knowledgeable in this area and took his time explaining everything to us. He comes highly recommended if you are in need of Estate Planning work.

Dealing with Oren Ross & Associates was an intimate experience dealing with a lawyer with vast knowledge of working with the laws in the metro area. I had a great experience with Oren Ross. I liked the way that he explained the Trust process - I could understand more of what was involved with the differences between going through the Probate Court. Setting up a trust does not mean you have a lot of money (although you can have that :-) - for me it came down to having everything under one "umbrella" - and the assurance that my son will not have to take care of things during an already stressful time. And knowing the government will not be able to take what they consider their "share". Oren is detail oriented and is knowledgeable about the laws regarding trusts and estates. I also feel he is trustworthy - something you can't always be sure about in a lawyer.

Mr. Ross was very prompt, knowledgeable, and patient with us in establishing a Joint Trust, a territory very unfamiliar to us. We appreciate his documentation of next steps to complete the process.

Oren Ross and Associates did an outstanding job in providing my wife and I with our entire Estate Plan Package. The plan included all Revocable Living Trust Documents as well as seperate Inheritance Trusts for our grown children, a Pour-Over Will, a Financial Power of Attorney, and our Advance Health Care Directives. All were well organized in an Estate Planning Portfolio Binder. Oren was extremely helpful in explaining all Estate Plan details and was very responsive in answering all of our questions.
