I seen a case with her defending Mr finnergan she was so unprepared I felt so bad for the guy she ask no questions the judge had to tell her what to do! And all the evidence she couldn’t pull up or show! I hope she was not paid for that poor performance for a lawyer! She looks under the influence of something!!

Mr. Oren Ross was very patient and thorough in answering our questions about Revocable versus the different forms of Irrevocable Trusts that we didn't even know existed to address our individual situation. He guided us through the associated Estate Planning documents (pour over wills, power of attorney, health care directives, HIPAA, inheritance trusts, etc.) Despite the extra time we took with him, he did not charge more than the original quoted amount. We would highly recommend Oren Ross & Associates, no matter how simple or complex your trust ends up being, Oren has the knowledge to handle it.

Mrs. Gladden is not a la wyer I would hire if your wanting to win your case. She did not go over my case with me . She file my papers along with someone else papers. When she first appeared as my lawyer. Mrs.Gkadden is In it for the money does not care about the person. Does not care if your innocent she does not fight for you or defender in court. She like her alcohol beverages during the day also. I would think twice before hiring her as your lawyer.

Oren Ross walked us through the process of establishing a Revocable Living Trust. He made the process easy to understand and we felt secure and confident with his direction. We are very happy we decided to complete this step for our future and would highly recommend Oren for any of your estate planning needs.

Please watch this attorney in action on YouTubes LAW TALK WITH MIKE this is by far the very worst attorney I have every seen in open court. Completely unprepared, uneducated. Instead of asking a judge to deny a motion which was proper she asked the judge to hold off. Could not share documents unfamiliar with zoom. Questioning was infective and irrelevant. Had to have opposing counsel help her submit evidence. Opening statement was irrelevant vent long judge had to tell her to get on with it. She isn’t worth even 1$. She had no idea how that object court objectively she continuously ummed, and and, and ughhed. she shared her private screen the entire time trying to figure how to pull up her evidence but never could. She needs to go back to school or give up her license.

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience with the firm . I was given an incorrect court location which resulted in the case being held without me and the other party winning. Oren was extremely nonchalant about my very sensitive case . I spent more time driving than actually getting this important task handled with the proper care it deserved . Respectfully would not recommend if your case is sensitive and requires proper attention and resolution. This kind of case is all new to me and wish I had better guidance . Moving forward things will be handled differently.

My wife and I met Oren Ross at an evening seminar where he walked us through the advantages of a trust over the use of a standard will. Oren took a very technical subject and simplified it enough so even I could understand how a trust would greatly help my wife and prepare for the future! After meeting with Oren in a one-on-one meeting, he prepared a very comprehensive trust that exceeded our expectations! Oren told us at the original seminar that if we signed us for his program he would leave us with a full trust and a comprehensive binder with a lot of additional information and material we could use to help us manage our trust along with a number of other issues related to our estate. Well, our binder arrived this week and to say we were impresses would be an understatement! The binder is a “one stop shop” for everything that will be necessary for us to handle all of the difficult things that come up when a spouse passes away. Being male, and a few years older than my wife, I feel very comfortable that the trust that Oren built, along with all of the other material he placed in the binder, will be a tremendous help to my wife. I also feel very comfortable that when my wife does pass away, all of our wishes will be easily handled by our trustee. We highly recommended using Oren Ross to help you build a strong, but easily understandable, trust for your family!
