I had a wonderful experience, and was actually consulted to NOT use a lawyer for my case. He was patient and kind, and made it clear he would not advise a lawyer if he didn’t truly believe you needed one.

Mr. Winters was very helpful in my case! He managed to get my felony charge reduced to a misdemeanor and I was out of court in 45 minutes! I could not have asked for a better attorney, he did more than I thought was possible and saved my dreams in the process. If I could give a higher rating I certainly would!

Mr. Winters is a great and reliable attorney. I was impressed by his expertise. My son was facing a DUI in Trenton, Georgia, Mr. Winters got the charges reduced to Reckless Driving. I was in a situation where I was being told incorrect information over the phone about my ability to pay a ticket versus coming in for a court date. I, no exaggeration had been going from person to person for at least an hour. Mr. Lawson quickly answered my question and guided me on my options which included my choice to pay for the ticket versus making an appearance. I was very appreciative.

This was my first time ever getting a DUI, at 41 and with a CDL it was a BIG NO and a eye opener, but with the help of Sara Gheesling from Lawson and Berry Attorneys at Law, my life and my situation definitely got handled, more specially my DUI got reduced because I was instructed to do all my classes and community service ahead of time. This is and will be a once in a life time mistake for me and I’ve learned a lot from it, but the situation got handled in the most professional ways and I did not have to do much but follow simple instructions.
