Gabe was an exceptional lawyer. He was very professional and made sure I was up to date with any and everything regarding my case. In addition, he was very attentive for all court proceedings and if we didn’t get the best outcome we wanted he took another route. Although it took some time, I was extremely happy with the result of my case. He is very good at what he does and he has your best interest at heart. Gabe definitely exceeded my expectations by getting all my charges dropped & helping me keep a clear record at a young age. I can’t thank him enough throughout this entire process.

Mr. Winters went beyond my expectations during this case and luckily was able to get my dui reduced. Unfortunately I had been driving with open container, speeding, wreckless driving, and even had an expired license. I was in a big hole but Mr Winters still made sure to do his best to dig me out of it as much as he could. In fact, Mr winters had everything dropped from my case and was left with just a dui. Because of my status immigration status in the US and being on daca I had to settle for an alternative. Being on daca, Mr winters went out of his way to get the absolute best case scenario for me and I can not thank him enough for what he did to protect me from a risk of deportation. During court Mr. Winters was very professional and did an outstanding job mentioning to the judge things that would benefit my case the most. Being out of state and this being my first dui Mr. Winters made sure I was worry free throughout the process and was very detailed on what to expect in court as well as what was to come. Furthermore, Mr. Winters was a friend throughout the case and made it obvious he truly cares for you. Mr. Winters will fight for your case as if it was him in your shoes and I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side during this case. If there are any doubts on who you should hire go ahead and save yourself the trouble of looking anywhere else and I promise you it will leave you feeling like you did the best decision after the worst possible one. 5 stars does not do it justice thank you so much Mr. Winters.

You’d do well to put your faith in this firm and in Richard Lawson. He is extremely knowledgeable, makes the space and time to listen and empathize and has a very professional and responsive team to match. He offered great advice and gave very clear direction, which I greatly appreciate and is rare in a world of red tape! He didn’t charge me for his time, and was simply happy to help.

I called to try and seek legal consuel for some charges I have. I just turned 18 and I don't really know what to do, but when I called they were very understanding and helpful. I didn't have enough money to hire due to my circumstances, but they still offered some advice and said I could text any more questions if I need to. I'd reccomend giving a call if you need help.

I got a serious traffic ticket that would have suspended my license. But Gabe kept it completely off my record. Not only that, but he made me feel better about the whole situation immediately after I contacted him about it. This situation couldn’t have gone better than it did thanks to Gabe!
