Mr. Winters' representation was exceptional. I was facing approximately 13 years of imprisonment and he as able to get it reduced to 2 years' probation, no jail time. He was able to accomplish this by arguing valid points of law and by delving into the minute details of my case. I truly believe had I gone with another attorney the outcome would not have been as favorable. I believe the sentence was given was fair and that is what Mr. Winters fought for, fairness in all aspects. Gabe adjust quickly under abrupt circumstances, he challenges motions to ensure best outcomes for your case, he presents case law to support motions and evidence on your behalf. I believe what differentiates Gabe from his peers is that he actively listens to his clients! He trust in his ability to defend and prove your innocence! I started this process unsure of the outcome. Mr. Winters took away the uncertainty. He was really amazing in court! Leading up to the court date, he met with me and we went over everything that I should expect. The end result was a unanimous NOT Guilty! His closing arguments "chefs kiss!". He really hit it out of the park. I have a career that a DUI would affect tremendously and Im so thankful for everything he did for me. Hopefully I'm never in a situation like this again, but I know exactly who to call if I am.
