I had two misdemeanor and felony possession of narcotic. I fell asleep in my truck in a neighborhood in front of my uncles house, when I was awoke up by police and they searched me at 8:30 am. Gabe knew I was going through a difficult time in life with my ex and my children. He told me “don’t worry about this, I am going to make it disappear even if…just worry about your children,” and he did. The crime lab didn’t test the tiny amount of substance and the misdemeanors passed statute of limitations! Never went to court. There was something in Gabe’s voice that gave me absolute faith. So I didn’t worry about it. He’s good, his reviews speak for themselves. I don’t know how he does it but he does. He even went to court with me to turn down drug court. He didn’t have to go! I hired Gabriel Winters to represent me in a jury trial for Boating Under Influence (BUI). Being a Truck Driver I hold a commercial driver's license which I rely on to make a living. Mr Winters brilliantly represented me throughout the entire process and actually won the case which went all the way to a jury trial. He was very knowledgeable and extremely prepared throughout the whole process. It only because of his brilliance that the jury found me Not Guity in a case that is punishable by up to a year in prison. Mr Winters was very professional and basically saved my career.
