Richard Lawson and Kimberly Berry are the only lawyers I would ever recommend if you live in the state of Georgia. I'm a nurse, and had my second DUI in 2017. As an LPN, I was devastated with my poor decision making, and the situation I had landed myself in. I was embarrassed, and at one of the lowest points in my life. Mrs. Berry was very informative, did not mince her words, and was very straightforward with me throughout our time working together. She was never judgemental, and was always available to answer any of my questions. As a nurse, this was a very serious charge, and Mrs. Berry fought tooth and nail to make sure I retained my nursing license. Mrs. Berry got me the best possible outcome for my case, and I cannot thank her enough for saving my livelihood and my career. It's been five years since then, and I've had the opportunity to turn my life around. I've gone from an LPN, to an RN, to a BSN in that time, because my lawyer fought for me. If you want a lawyer who is dedicated, passionate about their job, and always puts their client first, then I would definitely recommend Mrs. Kimberly Berry.

My experience with this law firm was fantastic. My 18-year old daughter got an out-of-state speeding ticket on a Sunday afternoon that will result in her GA driver’s license being suspended for 6 months if she is found guilty for the full speeding amount on the ticket. I called Lawson & Berry at 5:00 that afternoon and they answered the phone right away. After speaking with a very nice lady for 5 - 10 minutes she told me that she would pass along my information to an attorney and that I would get a call back that day. Sure enough within 20 minutes, Mr. Lawson himself called me back. Although he told me that I needed to get an attorney in the state that issued the ticket, he took time to explain the legal issues and consequences of the ticket that my daughter would face and also laid out the actions that I would need from the other attorney to get a favorable outcome. He didn’t charge me anything for his time and advice. He invited me to call him if I ever needed legal help in the future and I certainly will. I was extremely impressed with my entire experience and can wholly recommend the firm to anyone with a legal issues who needs to figure out what are the best steps to take.

Kimberly Berry is an experienced criminal defense lawyer. She helped me to stay calm, and her expert knowledge on the case gave us the best possible outcome. I would recommend Lawson and Berry to anyone, and I can’t thank Ms. Berry enough!
