They represented me when I got a speeding ticket while passing through Savannah. Very professional but down to earth and friendly. As a commercial driver my driving record is extremely important and they took great care of me. I definitely recommend giving them a call if you need legal help!

I was pulled over in Mcintosh county for a superspeeder ticket in which I was accused of going over 100 mph in a 70 zone. I had GPS data showing I never went above 85 mph. Having never had anything more than a parking ticket in my life, I was at a complete loss as to what to do and I felt completely helpless. Schneider Lerch Montgomery were recommended by a friend and were ultimately able to handle the situation and get my case settled without requiring any court appearances. Unfortunately, there was a hefty fine to pay to make it go away but I can now say the case is closed and I’ve come out of it without any points on my license or other consequences. It is such a powerless feeling when you have been accused of something you have proof you did not do, especially when no one will listen to you. I could not have navigated the legal system without the help of this team. I am so grateful!

My girlfriend was had a wreck that totaled her car and when Ga State Patrol found her sleeping on the front porch of a house, they charged her with DUI although she wasn’t drinking. Originally used a Public Defender that gave 3 bad options and didn’t even try to get her off in December 2022. The case was continued. While in the courtroom we saw Courtney Lerch in action with other clients so when we got home, I told my girlfriend we need a good attorney and after finding her website, we called Courtney Lerch’s office. My friend explained her case and they took her as a client. I am very happy to say that in September 2023, I received a call from Courtney herself and said the case was dismissed!!!!!! Everyone I spoke with at the firm was extremely nice and helpful. I can honestly say that If you have any legal issues, this is the only firm you will need. I wish I could give them 100 stars for excellence. I VERY highly recommend.

Realized previous one was under wrong account. Back story: I received a speeding citation in Bloomingdale Ga. The officer didn’t have a gun or anything. He told me that he can see how fast cars are going. I showed him my Ford App as well as the car dashboard that I was on cruise control so it was impossible to be going the speed he stated. He refused to accept the truth. So needless to say I reached out for representation because the town is known to be a racist town. I was referred to this law firm by another attorney because they didn’t availability to handle the case. Gage Montgomery was who I spoke with who said he thinks they could get the case dropped once they get the police camera footage. This was 6/12/2023. I called 4 times between then and today 7/13/2023 to see what’s going on with the case. Each time they stated the lawyer was out the office. But on the 3rd attempt I was informed that they were just waiting on the footage and would contact me. On 7/13/2023 I called and asked what was going on and after explaining to the paralegal that I felt as a black man I was being mistreated because the lawyer should at the very least contact me and explain to me what they were doing. She says all of them are in court. She then transferred me to Courtney Lerch who she says would step outside the courtroom to speak with me. Who was condescending and rude. I asked did they request the video footage and she said yes but the attorney is part time and never available. I explained to her why I felt I was receiving ineffective advice/counsel and she says well you could just find a new law firm. I told her I would contact the police and get the footage myself. She says do what you want. I contacted the the police department/ court clerk who stated that the law firm never requested any footage. I then contacted the attorney office who stated that the attorney is full time and they’ve only received a letter of intent to represent me in the case. So they lied to me and I made sure to get emails from both the attorney office and court clerk regarding the statements that refuted the statements from Lerch Firm. When I called the Lerch attorney office back, Gage answered the phone and said “I was just about to call you because we are dropping you as a client” I said to him that they were indeed ineffective counsel and racist for their treatment of me and my case. I asked for a refund and they said they have to wait on the court to approve them quitting the case. Or I could send an email firing them to speed up the process. Do NOT use this law firm if you are a non-white American. They will take your money and do the bare minimum for you. They are exactly what’s wrong with the court system. Even when we pay, we are giving ineffective counsel and treated as second rate citizens. I’ll be filing a complaint with the bar as well!

I cannot recommend Cris Schneider and this law firm highly enough. I was wrongfully charged with speeding by the Laurens County Sheriff's Department, and I was at a loss for what to do.
