I had the privilege of working with Cris Schneider, a criminal defense attorney who did an outstanding job in helping me clear a traffic ticket. Despite the radar detection device failing, I was still charged with speeding, but Cris was able to get the charges dismissed. Was helpful and optimistic about the case when I told my story and sent in the evidence. The reason I'm withholding 1 star is because on the final day she was pessimistic about winning the case and seemed to want me to push the case back even more when we could of concluded that case that day by waiting an hour for the officer to show up and testify (which we did). The case was so easy to prove I was wrongfully arrested it was dismissed based solely on the police report in recorders court.There was every reason to have confidence in winning that case. Other than that I had no issues. Just would of preferred more confidence is all.

My experience was nothing short of incredible with Kurtis' office. For starters, I was arrested and charged with a felony. Not having been in legal trouble before, I was terrified. I was referred to Kurtis and am so grateful I decided to go with him. His assistant Mary was so much more than someone who quickly took down my name and number to pass along. She took about an hour on the phone with me, allowing time for me to fully explain the situation and put my mind at ease about it.
