I am a client of Mr. Roland Mumford and have used his services twice. I am very pleased with his upfront and honest approach when explaining settling or trying a case. I highly recommend his services as he will fight hard to win your case. I haven't needed an attorney very much but when I have he has been my choice both times.

My name is Jerami Scott I have case with Merritt and Merritt and I’m highly disappointed and not pleased at all! No one returns my calls no checks on me I have 2 case managers Chloe and Justin and it’s very difficult getting in touch with them. I started the case in August here it is January and I have no idea where we are in this case. I’ve been paying $380 a week in rentals since the accident because my car is totaled! I’m losing money my bills are behind from the money I’m dishing out to a rental.I was not in the wrong i won this case already I just don’t know where we are because no one is talking to me nor checking on me. I am very mad I choose them. This is my first experience dealing with a law firm and it’s nothing like they said. I put a review up back in September because this happened in the beginning of the case with them also they begged me to take it down..even though I meant what I said,through the kindness of my heart I took it down..well this one is staying here until this case is over! This is ridiculous!………………..update jan 11 I finally got a call from Justin just to tell me they are giving me a separation notice and I’m not getting the reason why. I been dealing with them for 6months! Still nothing has got done they are the worst firm ever! Idk if it’s a race thing or they just don’t do there job correctly. 6months with them wasted for nothing. I’m a single father with a 4year old I need a reliable car for work and to get my son to school and back. I wish I never put my faith in them and don’t you do it either! Please save yourself from stress and go with another firm………………..update I just called back and Debra said that they can drop you from the case at any moment if they want to without reason. She could not explain the reason for the letter. I told her I was with yall for 6months and out of nowhere yall just cut me off? She said yes we can do that. You can be with them for months and get cut off just like I did for no reason.. do not go to Merritt and Merritt law firm!!! They are going to waste months of your life

They did their job and got me paid after my accident. I had hit a house because some got in my lane. I totally forgot about the case and all. Long story short if they accept your case your in good hands with Merrit and Merrit Law Firm!!
