Things were a little rocky at first, but once staffing stabilized and I was linked with the litigation attorney Tangela things went a lot more smoothly. They were good about returning calls within a day or 2 and Debra in Accounting was also great to work with she kept me informed on where they were in the negotiation process and was quick to respond. Longer process than I was anticipating, but it was a good experience overall.
