They we in communication on everything that was happening step by step and always kept me on the loop they handled everything professionally and great people to work with highly recommend.

Like so many, our legal situation has been one of the most darkest, stressful and disruptive of our lives. Ms. Franklin not only took us on, but helped us straighten so many more things we had absolutely no awareness we needed. Through the birth of her child, C19 and many other challenges, Ms. Franklin stood with and fought for us in ways we could have only hoped for. A turning moment for us was Ms. Franklin forewent a family hangout, including a chance to hold her brand new little one born during this case, after herself having an extended illness along with her oldest child to commit a filing for our case and make it early no less. Even through our health challenges, while fighting hers and her family’s, Ms. Franklin would, and still, check on us. Not for business or litigious purposes, but just because. In addition, while my spouse became mentally challenged to the point of needing extensive personal care and I was forced to reset my occupation, while I was moving from a 1L to a 2L in law school, I was ready to forget everything. However, in the darkest of times, Ms. Franklin would encourage me to not give up, on anything. Especially on law school. Her truthful and encouraging words and energy are only second to what Julie shares that makes us care for her more, her time. Despite this dark time, Ms. Franklin and her team have been a blessing. My words for Franklin Legal Services and Ms. Franklin come despite how our case came about being completed. Ms. Franklin has stood with, supported, and held us up even when we were not sure. It is with the utmost confidence, no matter what happens next, there is no doubt in my heart we have been represented vigorously and passionately, and I am thankful to Most High for the case Ms. Franklin has built. Always direct, honest and fair, she has been an amazing counselor and great example for this new law student. Most of all… Ms. Franklin has been the greatest gift we could have ever had and a light without compare. For everything there is a greater reason, and You, Ms. Franklin, are that for us.
