I have used Attorney Franklin for a difficult Ch13 and a 7. Big Brother try to pull a fast one and placed a lien on property after amounts were discharged. This could have been a disaster because I only found out when selling my home. Attorney quickly reached out and settled the matter perfectly.

I found Roland to be trustworthy and honest and I highly recommend him!

I purchased an expensive item online (>$10,000) but never received the item. I filed a dispute which the credit card company "investigated" but somehow decided that there was no fraud and sided with the merchant, even though I argued with them half a dozen times. The merchant is based in Georgia and I'm in Florida. So I called Julie to help me find a way to recover my money. Julie reviewed the information I sent her and then, based on her advice, I called back my CC company - once they realized I had spoken with an attorney and was asking the right questions they re-opened the dispute. Three days later my money was refunded... case closed.

I’ve known Roland Mumford since High School, right at 30 years. Roland and I usually found ourselves eating lunch at the same table despite having no classes together. He was in all of the advanced classes, and I was not. Although life has taken us down different paths, him through college and myself directly entering the work force, we have remained friends ever since.
