I’m the type of person who likes doing everything on my own because I want it done right. Plus after dealing with other Law Firms. But I must say Ms Kerra made this process very easy. I called into the law firm & was able to speak with Kerra, the property damage coordinator. I couldn't be more satisfied with her exceptional service. She spoke with so much professionalism and understanding from the beginning of the call to the time the call ended. She was very straight forward. Thank you Kerra. Definitely felt relieved after my experience with Zhane’ Willis and my intake specialist Michelle Goldwire!
