I sought a defense attorney for my case back in November 2022. I called Cox, Rodman, and Middleton immediately. I explained to them my situation and my expected outcome. They put me in touch with the lawyer they felt would best fit my needs and situation given the location of my case. I scheduled a a consultation and I met Mr. Rodman. He was professional, helpful and understanding. He agreed to take my case and we hit the ground running. He kept me informed and made sure I understood every part of what was going on and what wa sto be expected. I could tell he had my best interest at heart. My case lasted until June 2023. Mr. Rodman could sense my concern for the case because my dates continued to get pushed. There was a moment where Mr. Rodman confronted the judge and firmly encouraged the judge that were wasting precious time and that he needed to dismiss my case. Another lawyer inside the courtroom actually came up to me and expressed how much he envied Mr. Rodman's approach and strength in the courtroom. My case was eventually dismissed and I owe it to God and Mr. Rodman for having my best interest and back in the courtroom. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking to have the best outcome when faced with a situation they need help with in the courtroom. Mr. Middleton is by far the best attorney my fiancé has dealt with , it’s nothing to brag about but I will say when you have 4plus dui , 2 gun charges, 3 or 4 driving on suspended and when I say Mr. Middleton and his team worked on those cases and got them resolved in a timely manner and response. Mr Middleton represented my mother in a case where she was subpoenaed to show up. Before the court date Mr. Middleton asked direct questions to allow him to become familiar with the case. He provided us with a clear expectation of what would happen in court. On the day of the case, Mr. Middleton arrived completely prepared and professional. Posting my personal review (on a legal matter) is out of character for me but let me start by saying... it's worth it to help someone else Listen…I was facing 6 counts after a traffic stop! Of course I needed help… This help came with clear communication and regular updates over a 6 month process from my Attorney and Ms. Bynes.
