Recently The Brooks Law Firm helped me obtain a prompt and fair settlement from an insurance company that had shown little inclination to resolve the case. My vehicle was destroyed by the company's insured in a hit and run incident. My car was old and not worth a whole lot but I needed a settlement to help me replace the car. The case wasn't going to make money for the law firm, but for a small fee they helped me anyway. Maria Genualdi was especially responsive and professional.
