I sought out Mr. Sanders' representation for a custody case. It was an urgent matter and needed immediate attention. Mr. Sanders filed an action right away and was able to get an emergency hearing court date before our needed deadline. Everything was prepared for court, including his A-game. Mr. Sanders was amazing in court! He addressed all of the concerns to the judge in a thorough and professional manner. He knew exactly what, when, and how to say it. He ensured throughout court that all bases were covered and periodically checked with me to see if there was anything else I wanted to address. Mr. Sanders delivered results that were far better than I expected! He kept open lines of communication with me through the entire process, beginning to end. I couldn't have asked for a better attorney! If you're looking for a respectful, experienced, attorney to get the job done, Richard Sanders is your guy! The office staff is on the ball, as well. Every time I called, I was pleasantly greeted and assisted. They would either have the answers to my questions, or would ensure I got answers promptly. Andrews and Sanders Law Office is one that cannot be beat. You can tell the attorneys and assistants all work together and create a wonderful environment for their clients. Having to go through such a stressful ordeal, you need someone who will help you feel at ease. That's what this office did for me!

Mr. Richard Sanders was a great that got me great results. Very happy with his services. He really cares about his clients goes above and beyond. I would recommend Mr Sanders for anyone needing a great attorney!

If zero stars were an option, that would be most deserving of THIS practice. The receptionist is the perfect example of how not to treat clients. My review is a result of my second encounter with "Cassandra." Most recently, I walked in and she was on the phone with her head down. She glanced up, rolled her eyes in annoyance and continued looking down and talking on the phone. She did not even hold that "one church finger" up to indicate she'd be with me shortly. I gave her a few seconds then said "excuse me." In a rude tone after sighing she asked "how can I help you?" I asked to speak with the person I came to see and she rudely told me "that person don't even work here no mo:=)." I then asked to speak with someone from the law firm that's representing me? This young lady's demeanor is cold and uninviting to say the least. After meeting with best law firm I've ever dealt with (Mance Law) and having all questions answered candidly and professionally, I was informed that the receptionist is employed by The Brooks Law Firm and Not The Mance Law Firm. What a relief because I was well on my way to dismissing my attorney. I think it's only fair to say that the attorney(s) with The Brooks Law Firm may be great but unfortunately many perspective clients will never know due to the first impression they'll get as soon as they walk through the door and encounter Cassandra.

I have come to know most of the staff at Brooks Law Office to be highly professional, very committed, and valuable resource to addres their clients needs. I'm also a paralegal in Northern Idaho, whenever I am asked which law firm I would seek for legal assistance, I refer all parties to the Brooks Law Office located at 313 W York St, Savannah,GA. I have directed all interested parties to speak to Cassandra Crisp for information. She has always been very informative, professional, and sensitive to all clients needs.

Highly recommended to all my military folks, I am a military member and i have a high end car that was involved in an accident, and i went to Brooks-lawfirm, the insurance company offered me only 785$ for the repairs. After i went to Mr. Brooks, the total ticket costed the insurance company 12.000 is repairs and a little more than 4000$ deviation cost. total of 16k from 781$!!!!!!!!! everything was taken care of in less than 4 months.
