Keith prater is by far the best attorney I have ever dealt with. I have hired him twice now, he has gone beyond expectation. He is very professional and straight forward. He helps achieve the best deal possible or gets everything taken care of completely. I recommend him to anybody needing his service.

Keith was very helpful in helping with an eviction. I was very new to this process and he was very good in court. He was nice and calm will i was very nervous. His advice afterward was concise and timely. They are very easy to understand and full of common sense. .

I'm writing this review for Debbie Quick. He is a great attorney I would recommend him to anybody and everybody I have known Keith for a long time and I dont care what nobody says about him I can say they are wrong he is the best. So if you need a great attorney call Keith.

They get the one star for calling me back in a timely manner!! Beyoind that Mr. Pater was then only concerned about money. He told me I had to pay him 130 dollars to answer a yes or no question for me. I kept explaining money wasn't a issue and that if he could answer the question then I would know if he would be suitable for what I needed done. He still refuse and said I need to come to his office and pay him for a consultation then he would answer the question. SMH... It's lawyers like Mr.Prater here that give LAWYERS a bad name. Don't waste your time here. Speaking from experience

Mr. Prater was the rudest person I have ever talked to on the phone. I was calling him to hire him for a case after being referred to him by another attorney. He asked me a question and when I answered him with 3 words he interrupted to say he was basically giving me a free consultation over the phone?!?!? I started to respond and got out 2 words ...ask me and never got out the rest of my sentence ....the questions you need to when he interrupted again and said can I PLEASE ask the questions. How do you expect to get business if people can’t call you and you determine if you are the right person to represent them. I quickly decided he was not the man to represent me. Arrogant and pompous and must have lost in court that day to take it out on a stranger on the phone. My time is important too and I don’t need you to waste it thinking your time is more valuable than mine. Please see his professional reply then come back and read on. Your responses to your one star ratings speak volumes to your professionalism and integrity. If I had taken time to read your reviews and replies I could have saved us both time and never called. My mistake and a valuable lesson learned. I was just trying to help out a local business. You are absolutely right about one thing. I am a non client and never will be. My advice to future clients, do your homework. Mr. Prater may be the perfect person for you and your case. However, when 28% of the reviews are one star and the same behaviors are continuously mentioned, they can’t be all wrong. After reading Mr. Prater’s retort- Take his advice and read all the reviews and his responses on AVVO.

Mr. Prater handled my very complex divorce case for me with great expertise. This case lasted three years.
