Just a quick note to anyone looking for representation. Mr. Prater handled my divorce and as most divorces, it was very ugly. I was threatened about visitation (or lack there of), child support, and alimony. My life was in ruins. Not only did Mr. Prater take the time to listen with expressed compassion, empower me with the knowledge of my rights as a father, and thoroughly explain the entire legal process, he made me feel like a person, and not just another client. There is absolutely NO DOUBT of his commitment to the equality and fair treatment of anyone involved in legal matters. He has definitely impacted my life in such a positive manner that I am forever indebted.

My now Fiance went through a rough divorce, and Keith was amazing... Always took care of what he said he would and we never had a hard time getting in touch with him, he was always quick to get back with you.. I would recommend Mr Keith to anyone needing someone that is dedicated to their clients and takes care of them... And gets the job done right!! Thank you Mr Keith for being #1 in our book!!

This was the worst experience ever! Four years ago I contacted Mr. Prayer through a plan I pay for out of my check. A service setup by my job Sprint. My issue was I took a tumble at. Family Dollar and twisted my ankle very bad. I missed weeks from work and had and still have major pain. I reach out to Mr. Prayer to handle at the lease to help me get the money lost for the time I missed from work but I made the wrong decision when choosing Mr.Prater. No one ever called me so I called often with no update. Then I was told it could take a year before I hear anything so I waited again. Still no word. My parents my wife and my job was wondering what the hold up was. So after two years I call and made an appointment with him to catch me up on my case. When I got there he told me after all this time nothing has been done. In fact he said his assistant never worked the case and assured me he will be handling my case personally going forward. Her it is a year and a half from that statement and still never heard from him or his staff! My case is so old now the I am sure any video or evidence is gone other than my bills pain and headache! I have never sued anyone and did not know the ends and outs. From the beginning while telling him about my case he seem more concerned about writing me a WILL or if I knew anyone who wanted a Will. My wife was like he is not concerned with your little case! Very unprofessional I will be reporting the level of service he is supplying to everyone and to my job because we are paying out of every check to the lawyer service he is subscribed to and he may be receiving a premium for that and I wish it to cease! There is no way now I can recoup my lost due to the lack of service! If I performed like this at my job I would be or have been FIRED! BEWARE OF MR. PRATER! If your case is not big don't expect a call back. Think twice before taking your issues here! Consider yourself warned! If I can save one person that would be great. 4 years ago I should have made a better decision. Don't let those few positive reviews fool you please. From the start I asked you and your associate if I had a case. He told me you would not have taken it on if I didn't. 2. I never came to you or called upset so I don't know why you are saying that. 3. The last time I seen you you stated you were going to handle my case personally so where did you get you told me I have no case. Either you don't remember me or you are lying to justify your bad review. If you would have told me 4years ago I had no case I would have just accepted it. You and your staff never engaged me and just kept us wondering. If I never reached out to you I would have thought you were still working my case. As a saved man I am not here to argue and have no hard feelings. I do know when I mess up I take responsibility for my actions and try to make amends. I do not look for excuses or make up lies to make myself look better. Must be a lawyer thing. Good Day.

Keith was recommended to me to handle some litigation for a Developer I was working with over some proposed rezoning we were opposed to. Keith did an excellent job handling the matter. Very professional. Knows when a compromise is necessary but doesn't back down if it's something the client is insisting on.

We stepped into unknown territory with my case. Keith did the research and made sure we were prepared before court. I felt confident and well informed about the case at all times. He is not afraid to fight for his client and do the necessary research to make sure his client comes out on top. I highly recommend him.
