I'm 24 years old and have never received a ticket in 7-8 years of driving. When I suddenly got my first speeding ticket I was shook to say the least. I had no clue what I was going to do. I'm still under my father's insurance and I definitely did not want him to find out that his insurance rates went up because I was going 81 in a 55. Shortly after receiving the ticket, I looked up any sort of solution I could find on the internet. That's when I found this website called off the record that would match you up with an attorney almost instantly. I was matched up with Kevin Linder. As soon as I got in contact with him he was able to explain the severity of the charges against me and what my options were for a resolution... And I didn't have to go to court once. I was told that I could have my speed reduced to 69/55 and no points on my record if I take a Defensive Driving course and pay $400. This is obviously a way better solution than paying the $400 while also dealing with higher insurance rates. I ended up taking the DD course and paying the fee after signing a plea of absentia. Kevin did an exceptional job with my case, however he wasn't the most responsive. He didn't get back to me until a day before the case, however this was overshadowed by how effective of a communicator he was and how swiftly he was able to get the job done. I highly recommend Mr. Linder if you're looking for a great Attorney!
