Kevin Linder is an EXTRAORDINARY attorney. He's knowledgeable professional and supportive. He walked me through the entire legal process. I hired Kevin in 2014 during a divorce that spread to civil and criminal charges. Kevin was part-therapist, counsel and strategist. He had excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor, and was highly intelligent. His fees were reasonable and he seemed to genuinely care. In fact, of the 5 attorneys I've retained in my lifetime Kevin was the only one I found to be honest. That says a lot about a person working in the legal profession.

Kevin Linder is an attorney you can trust. He is very ethical, has high morals and treats his clients like family. We were in a strange city with no knowledge of the legal system when we had to find an attorney to represent a family member charged with a serious felony. Other attorneys said it would be highly unlikely we would secure bond due to the type of charge, yet, Kevin prevailed against insurmountable odds. He always returned our calls and answered all of our questions - even on weekends and while he was on holiday in Africa. He spent an inordinate amount of time with us when the charges became more complicated. When we were upset by the broken judicial system, Kevin's steady approach as well as his kind and compassionate manner, calmed our nerves and kept our strategy and approach with prosecutors on an even keel. His method of "attracting more flies with honey" proved to be quite the asset. We saw first-hand why he was chosen as Volunteer Lawyer of the Year. We hired another attorney prior to finding Kevin and were so disappointed with the results. That attorney told us whatever we wanted to hear, yet, dropped our case as soon as she was paid leaving Kevin with a more complicated legal situation. One thing Kevin will never do is tell you want you want to hear - no matter how bad the news. He will give you the facts - straight up. We can share that Kevin did not back down from trial nor did he encourage us to "plea out." He believed in his client's innocence and was willing to fight tooth and nail to exonerate him. I was quite thankful to have Kevin Linder represent me for a hearing for a Family Violence Protective Order. Mr. Linder is an excellent attorney. My father hired him to get my charges dismissed. Mr. Linder was hired on a Friday night and that Saturday afternoon he came up to the jail to discuss my case. Mr. Linder is very knowledgeable about the justice center and your rights. He does not beat around the bush with you and gets to the point. When he talks with you, it all comes together and he makes perfect sense. He goes out of his way to accommodate his clients and their needs. If I need legal service in the future, he will be the first one I contact for no matter was the issue is. If it is something he does not handle, he will be right up front about it and point you in the right direction. I highly recommend Mr. Linder.

I am so glad I found Kevin! I was wrongly charged with something that could have completely changed my life. Lucking with his knowledge, he knew exactly what to do, acted fast and stood up for me all the way until the end. He was able to get the charges completely dropped. I am so greatful! Kevin is throughly professional, represented me in Traffic Court in Atlanta. I live 4 hours away and operate a seasonal business. It would be a hardship for me to go to court. Kevin represented me in court and I never had to appear in Atlanta. I was originally charged with Following Too Closely, a four point violation, and expecting several hundred dollars in fines. I pled nolo contendere to Driving Too Fast for Conditions , no points, and $146 fine.
