I am very impressed by this law firm. Mr. McAllister was very quick in his initial response,I did not have to go out searching for a lawyer. I just typed it in Google and he responded the next day. Ben Williams represented my case and did excellent work for me. He and his legal assistant kept me informed, answered my many questions, explained the process to me since I had never never filed suit before, and in the end negotiated a great settlement for me from the insurance company. Mak was very helpful and on top of things throughout the whole case! I was injured in a rear-end accident at end of 2019, and I had pretty much no idea how to deal with any of the legal work but Mak made it really easy to understand and practically effortless on my end. Additionally, he was incredibly kind and always ready to answer any questions that I had about the process. I contacted Mr. McAllister and he got right on my case. I was having knee problems and had to go to therapy about 25 times. Pandemic hit, but Mr. McAllister kept on top of my situations and kept me informed as to what was going on. I appreciated that.
