My experience with Ben here was phenomenal.. he was very professional yet personable at the same time.. Continued to work even during the mist of covid and was able to provide us with a check for the accident my wife and I was in. I was lucky enough to have Bros, McAllister and Williams firm. They were recommended by a friend the day of my accident this past summer. Literally the next day I received a call from Mac McAllister. He talked with me in detailed that first day and over that first week to make sure he answered all my questions (cause I had a lot 😂) and laid out a plan. Made sure I had his and his staff contact information for just in case moments. McAllister was very reassuring and I trusted his process.He and his staff help with all my questions and concerns also, they went above and beyond too. I had issues with transportation and getting to my doctors appointments, they helped with no hesitation. There was always someone from this team in constant communication with me giving updates or just to check up on me.
