Wish I could give 100 stars. My experience has been more than amazing and the professionalism as been top notch. Nicole is super quick in turnaround and proactively called for any support I needed. Her knowledge is excellent as an immigration attorney. I had hired another attorney who delayed my case and reached out to Nicole. She filed my case in straight 3 days which earlier lawyer didn't even in 3 weeks. I would gladly refer her for any case. Keep it up Nicole!

Kozycki law handled my immigration matter in the most professional way i can't imagine. They respond swiftly to all requests, calls, email etc and guide me through from application to completion of my marriage based green card process.

Nicole works very slow. She does not respond to her email quickly. She did say she was in sick, but it took a month to issue one draft! She works so slow according to Asian lawyering standard! Delegation is very important! Managing work loads is very important! She only answers questions, when she feels the questions fit her approach>. She charged for document that we did not agree to. So be careful. She did say my birth certificate couldnot be processed. I did mention that's the official document issued by my government (wkwkwk), but guess what? WE hire another lawyer and before we make our decision we contacted several lawyers, including lawyers who are used to working with Asian people and NONE of them said what Nicole said. They did say some Asian countries issue similar birth certificates and they HAVE NEVER had any issues with that! I am glad we terminated her? BUT SHE TOOK the money for something that We didnot agree on! That is stealing! I am an attorney as well, I have never charged my clients for something that they dont agree! So be careful! we have learnt our lesson!

I would absolutely recommend Kozycki Law. Nicole and team are FABULOUS!! We started our case with another firm in 2013 and unfortunately the lawyers, whose name doesn't even deserve to be mentioned, did absolutely nothing. They even let our approval expire. I reached out to Nicole in October 2017 and she was very helpful right from the start. Her team helped us to get our paperwork from the other lawyer, who refused to give it to us. Nicole quickly answered ALL of my questions and never made me feel like we were a bother. She was with us every step of the way. Our case had some challenges and unexpected hurdles with Covid and new laws being put in place but Nicole was with us through it all. Thanks to her support, my husband now has his permanent resident card. We are THANKFUL we chose to change over to her team, they helped make our dream come true and we will be forever grateful for all their help. Nicole is not only very professional but she was very understanding and supportive!! I highly recommend using her team!!!!
