Was not helpful in the slightest. Instead of giving any helpful advice even though they couldn't help us, they pushed us aside as if they didn't care about our legal and troubling issues. I directly asked for a referral if they couldn't do it themselves and I never got a response. Talk about being selfish. I'll never recommend anyone that isn't for what's right and just. Bottom line.

This attorney is sharp as a tack and brought lots of answers to questions I had regarding power of attorney, Trusteeship and everything that met the needs of the my wife. My 90 year old mother in law asked me to find an attorney to look over her affairs, which had not been addressed legally in 12 years. A friend suggested Ruthann Lacey. Our consultation meeting was very professional. Ruthann listened to us while going over the information packet that had been emailed to me. At the end of a comfortable and informative meeting she provided us with a to do list that made a lot of sense. She updated my mother in laws will, power of attorney and health directive. Her work has given my wife and I the confidence we needed to be caregivers. In fact we have decided to have Ruthann look at our affairs next year.

Ruthann Lacey has been our eldercare attorney since 2010. She has prepared our will and powers of attorney with careful consideration for our special needs. We have met with her at more than one additional time for regroupment meetings when our needs have changed. We brought our financial advisor to one of these meetings. Ruthann has always provided excellent advice based on her experience working with people who are soon to retire or have retired. She is ably assisted by her paralegal staff who also have been cordial and experienced. We believe our documents are in the best possible order and provide for all contingencies that may arise in the future.
