I meant to write something a few months ago. Ms.Hynes is awesome! She represented me in December and everything I was worried turned out great! She knows her stuff. Great attorney.

WOW!!!! Really don't know where to start. Wish there was more than 5 stars. Not only is this one of the most knowledgeable, caring , and honest person and attorney you will ever meet. One thing when Ms. Hynes tells you something you can rest assure that it will be done to the best of her ability. Ms. Hynes will not pull any punches with you she is straight up and honesty and prepares you with every scenario so you are prepared. Ms. Hynes has an awesome and knowledgeable staff who are as honest and supportive as Ms. Hynes. Ms. Hynes took on our case and we owe her more than money and words can describe. She fought for the wellbeing of our child and she helped me and stood beside me and held me up until our case was over and we WON!!!! If you want/need the best in a family court she is the one that you need especially when there are children involved.

Mrs. Hynes has gone above and beyond to help me fight to get custody of my children! I have been working with her for 4 years now she and her staff have been very professional and for the most part very prompt! There have been times that Mrs. Hynes has responded to me while on vacation! We all knew from the start this case was going to be a battle at hand but Mrs. Hynes has fought off two attorneys and in the end I now have custody of all four of my children as of May 6 2019 thanks to Mrs. Hynes and her wonderful staff.. she is the best and very under paid for the services that she offers.

I've read through the reviews and can only suspect that any negative ones were probably self caused. I worked with Danielle and her staff over the last 2 years. She has been by my side since the beginning. The knowledge/wisdom she had as well as court room demeanor was awesome. She's handled my divorce, and my custody matters. And at the end of the day, she provided me and my family a service that will never be forgotten. I recommend her for any of your family law needs.

Mrs. Hynes has gone beyond what we ever expect or asked for. We used her for a child custody battle over 4 years ago and had to hire her again which we had hoped to never need her again, but luckily when we did she remembered us and our previous case. Sharp as a nail, full of so much knowledge, I have so much respect for Danielle Hynes. This time we were dealing with Alienated children that with their mother was able to use DFCS on us. Luckily Danielle protected our family and even allowed us to hug her and cry on her shoulder whenever needed. She has given us advice to help us stay sane and healthy. She fights hard for good people and is amazingly a Lawyer with a heart. We will hopefully never need her again but if we do, we will hire Danielle again. Ms. Hynes took my case when no other lawyers in the state would. She helped me get custody of my son who lived in another state. Since the original divorce and custody was handled in Georgia then she was able to work some magic to modify custody for me. It was a long process, but well worth the wait to be able to have my son live with me and finish out his adolescent years. Thank you so much for all the aggravating turn abouts that we had with the other party and their counsel. I highly recommend Ms. Hynes.

Mrs. Hynes represented me during my uncontested divorce in 2015 and once again for a change of child custody a year later when my ex wife lost our daughter through defax. My ex wife was not present at our preliminary hearing, but was present for our final hearing. Though my ex wife had no leg to stand on, Mrs. Hynes came very prepared and ready to protect the safety of my daughter. Both times I retained Mrs. Hynes, her and her staff always responded to my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Mrs. Hynes's staff is very knowledgeable and hard working. My only complaint is how long it took to get my superior court preliminary hearing and final hearing, but that was out of Mrs. Hynes hands. I would definitely recommend Mrs. Hynes and her staff to anyone who is seeking a lawyer in family law!

The non-custodial parent of my step children could not parent properly nor stop trying to take kids from their father and I after she agreed the children should live here. We had hired a previous attorney from Macon to handle our case for second time as first time he done well. The second time he wasn't prepared and seemed intimidated by fact that she had hired Mr. Rockefeller that he literally stomped his foot in court in front of judge and let her attorney run all over him placing kids in harm's way saying he couldn't do anything. In desperation I took referral of Mrs. Hynes from a friend and she came on as our attorney immediately and was able to find a loop hole of her attorney not doing his job and get everything her attorney did removed in about 15 minutes and got case out of Jones County back to Houston which is VERY familiar with her face. Mrs. Hynes was able to go into case with enough force that the other parent drop case before final hearing. It seems from her own admission that it was recommended to her to do such by her lawyer as Hynes don't play and her case would not hold up to Mrs. Hynes skills.

When my son was about 3 years old I was going through a horrendous custody. Danielle always gave me upfront advice never overcharged me and stood up for my son's rights and mine in the courtroom. Danielle's advice,and her knowledge of the law is stellar!! Because of her I got a very toxic human being away from my family. Mrs Hynes is the only person I will ever recommend if anyone is ever having any family court issues in this county. Not only is she fair, she's honest. Thank you so much for all you've done for my family !!!

My custody case was unusual and lengthy. Mrs. Hynes was always honest about the potential for a good outcome and bad. She is knowledgeable in case law in Georgia and throughout the US. Mrs. Hynes was eager to stay informed about new issues that would arise with the other party, and quick to offer legal advice as to how to handle any situation. She remained true to her "go at them" style and never gave the opposing council an inch. Mrs. Hynes is truly remarkable in court. She always allowed ample time for meetings and consultations so that I was fully prepared for court. Her office staff was always courteous and prompt with responses to any questions I had. Whitney and Jenny were always smiling and encouraging. I feel that Mrs. Hynes did everything she said she would do and more. I owe her a great deal of thanks.

Danielle and her staff were always professional, timely as well as attentive to every detail. I never would have expected to need an attorney for as long as I have, but I was always represented with the best attorney and staff in the middle Georgia area! When reviewing options for an attorney, as well as having a consultation with another attorney prior, I came across Mrs. Hynes and it was the best decision I could have made. She makes you feel like you and your family's best interest is her goal and makes you comfortable in the most stressing situations that are involved in a divorce/custody case. She and her office staff are kind and patient with questions no matter how small. Whether by phone or email, I do not feel I have been put aside when I have contacted the office. I would highly recommend Mrs. Hynes when you are looking for your best interest in an attorney.
