My family and I have been working with Mrs. Hynes and her staff for over a year now! Hiring her was the best decision we ever made. I work for a law firm in Macon, and she came highly recommended. Mrs. Hynes also has an extremely knowledgeable staff. I can email Whitney with any questions/concerns and I know she is going to respond that day... if not within the hour. I honestly don't know what we would have done without her. I am one happy, happy grandmother!!

Danielle took on our seemingly never-ending custody case. She was very kind, professional, and detail-oriented in every way. She has remained friendly with us and even checks in to see how things are going with the family. You'd be hard-pressed to find a lawyer as good as she! Very warm and welcoming to the clients, and very proficient and calm in court.

Just wanted to place a review for the best family law attorney I have ever met. I searched for months to get the right attorney for my custody case with my daughter and finally found Danielle Hynes. She was excellent in gathering all the facts and was sharp in court. We won the case! As me being a father that is not easy to win. I would recommend Danielle to anyone that is need of family law. She communicated very well, her staff was very helpful, and she genuinely cared for me and my family.

I am sure that with any top notch attorney their are favorable and less than favorable outcomes to cases. I am also sure that an attorney can only be as good as a client will allow them to be. My case with Mrs. Danielle was always prompt and well handled by both herself and her very competent and courteous staff. She fought with me for a year to gain custody of my two precious girls and there is no one I would rather have at my side in any court room ever. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her profession and competent in her advice. She worked very hard to keep me informed of everything that was going on and I never went more than 24 hours before I received a response to any email or phone call. She navigated seamlessly through some of the roughest waters in my life and my family would not be in tact now if it wasn't for her expert skill. So I am unsure how this "client" is under the impression that they were in any way cheated or given inappropriate advice. I have recommended her time and time again and every time I have heard nothing but the same extremely high praise and opinion of this amazing and dynamic attorney and her amazing staff. SO while I am sure that this person probably felt they had every right to feel the way that they do, I would advise anyone looking for the best family lawyer in the state, to look no further than Mrs. Danielle D'Eor-Hynes. If there was ever ANYONE who could win your case, it is most definitely her.

I have used Ms. Hynes a few times for custody/child support issues. No complaints. I have emailed her on a weekend TWO years after she represented me and she answered any questions I had. Her staff is friendly and helpful . I recommend her to anyone who asks.

Without her help, we would not have custody of two beauti ft ul children. The father of the children received custody. Danielle and her staff worked many hours to make sure everything was in order when we went to court. She went above and beyond the required guidelines to ensure the kids were placed in the safe hands of their father. I highly recommend this lawyer and staff to anyone. I hired attorney Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes two months ago in late June after much review and research. Prior to Ms. Hynes, I have been involved in an on/off custody battle that began initially in 2009. Throughout this process I have worked with five attorneys and I have gone before three different judges. Ms. Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes has been the best experience I have had with any Family Law attorney throughout this entire ordeal. Even as I type this review, I can tell you that without GOD and Ms. Hynes I would not have been granted temporary custody of my three minor children on August 7th. Her professionalism ranks among the best that I have worked with. You will NOT find a better attorney in Houston County. She is extremely prompt in responding to emails and strives to make herself available by telephone and/or SKYPE when needed. I have NEVER felt like Ms. Hynes has avoided my emails or disregarded my inquiries. Just as important is the professionalism displayed by the staff in her firm, everyone is friendly and respectful. Aside from professionalism, the staff are prompt in handling court documents and staying on task with deadlines. Ms. Hynes has offered to SKYPE with me over the weekend in an attempt to accommodate my schedule. She has surpassed my expectations and renewed my faith in the attorney/client relationship. If you want the best, disregard the rest. Hire Danielle D. D'Eor-Hynes hands down!

Danielle represented me in my divorce and child custody case at a fee less than that of most lawyers. I was more than pleased with the way she handled my case and feel she went above and beyond what she had to do. I have a disabled child and she was very kind caring and compassionate. I have been back to her since my divorce concerning legal advice about my disabled son at no cost. She truly cares and helped my children and I tremendously. Love her for all she has done.
