Several friends in Athens recommended that I work with Eric Krasle on my recent arrest, and I was thrilled with the results of his dedicated efforts on my case. Eric is a savvy lawyer with unique insights and experiences gained over 20 years working in the northeast Georgia courts. My wife and I really appreciated his candid and intelligent manner when meeting with us – he laid out several alternatives, shared his cost/benefit analysis of each option, and helped us identify the best approach for our unique situation. We felt well informed and deeply involved in the decision-making process, and he kept us in the loop throughout the procedures that led up to my court date. Eric is clearly an expert in his field, has all the right contacts, and is thoroughly seasoned in his vocation … but what impressed us the most was how he interacted with the wide variety of people in the court system. He quickly achieved rapport and demonstrated his mastery of the law as it pertained my particular case. And he was then able to persuade troopers, prosecutors, and eventually the judge to share Eric’s view of how the case should be handled. I was arrested for a questionable DUI at a roadblock. After my court appearance, I literally walked away with Reckless Driving – no jail time, no community service, minimal fines, and one month probation. Mr. Krasle was extremely compassionate and communicative, keeping me consistently apprised of the status of my case in detail. He definitely went "above and beyond" in working to maximize my recovery. Just left court a little ago, feeling very satisfied and happy, for the turn of events ended up being better than I expected. Krasle, which rhymes with castle, does his very best to tailor his legal representation to satisfy the client's needs. His is not a cookie cutter approach. Instead he carefully crafts his strategy and is in constant contact with whomever is needed to be talked to at that moment. He knows the legal landscape in Northeast Georgia quite well and can usually get a pretty good deal in DUI and other related cases. He has been a champion of the Grandparents adoption movement and has also done a good deal of buy-sell agreements in the local and Atlanta business dealings.
