Fast, efficient and friendly. Best closing we've ever experienced!

Out of my experiences with lawyers and having one practically run off with 2500$ I was nervous to have to spend money on another. I came across Beau Kaye and Associates. Right off the bat the communication between the firm and myself was crystal clear. I truly believe they will do everything in there power for you. I 1000000% recommend using them to represent you. I hired this attorney back in February of 2020 for a civil case. COVID hit and the courts got pushed back. However, when I needed to reach her she was always unavailable. If I did get to speak to her or go in to see her it was a good day. Fast forward to 2021... I was trying to reach her and on a Friday about 5 minutes before they closed I got a withdrawal email. I tried to reach back and no answer. Since a withdrawal has to be approved by a judge I got to have her with me for one court hearing...she made it seem like she was going to continue with my case so I did not dispute the withdrawal. The next week on a Friday right before they closed once again I got the signed withdrawal form. And once again no response. I checked the records and within the year I saw how many times she went on “leave”. I am not one to write bad reviews unless they are deserved. I would hate for anyone else to experience this and get caught in the same boat as I was. I even recommended two other clients to use her (at the beginning) and when they heard about this they went elsewhere. Save your money and find someone that will represent you all the way rather than quit.

I had an excellent experience with David Rivas & Jackie Piland. They did a fantastic job for me. David handled my auto accident case and I'm extremely pleased with the outcome. He was so kind and kept me informed. He walked me through the entire process and kept me informed. Excellent service. We won!!! I will be referring everyone I know in need of services they offer.

Great people great job

After agreeing to represent me in a real estate matter, they waited over a month to tell me that they never sent the demand letter they had committed to. I had followed up approximately 6 times during that timeframe and never received a response. They're not on our side.

Jackie and David were great personal injury lawyers! We received more back than we expected and they kept us informed through the process.

We had to find an attorney in Georgia because a contractor filed a frivolous lawsuit against us. We hired this firm to help us get the case dismissed. Somehow the opposing counsel found a real estate closing that this firm did years ago that caused a conflict of interest and this firm had to withdraw from our case. Jackie was very helpful and worked hard on a legal response that she was able to file before being forced to withdraw. Due to the circumstances, this firm offered us a partial refund on the retainer that we paid them, which was very helpful, and they are currently working on finding a referral for another attorney to represent us.
