The staff at Beau Kaye and Associates are super friendly and knowledgeable. They present themselves professionally while making you feel right at home. During our meeting with Jackie, she was very attentive and informative during our conversation. We were very much at ease during our entire visit and felt we made the best decision coming to Beau Kaye and Associates.

We previously had a great experience with them for the closing on our new home. The experience was so good that we returned recently to have our Last Will & Testaments done with other documents. Very nice experience both times. We will gladly use them again if any need arises!

I’ve closed a home with this office years ago and had a great experience. Recently, I reached out for help with a landlord issue and was ignored for a week after being told I’d hear something later that day or the following day.. I called to let them know about my experience and still heard nothing back. I’m assuming management has more pressing potential clients, or lacks time to pick up the phone. This was extremely disappointing after a great previous experience. Customer service and promptness is not what it used to be these days. I’d expect more from communication and a “time is of the essence” reaction from my potential legal representation.
