I have to say, I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of everyone I have dealt with. Initial consultation was excellent, she contacted me less than three hours of my application for an appointment. We spoke for a while and the following day ( I submitted all the paperwork they sent me to represent me, access to my VA file and access my medical records) the office submitted a claim to the VA of their intentions of representing me in filing my VA Disability claim. My Attorneys assistant contacted me the following week to let me know his contact information and they were waiting to hear from VA. A week or so the VA granted my attorney access to my VA account. A few days later he reached out to schedule an appointment to discuss my VA claim. We spoke for a little while going over my symptoms and problems that I have been having for MANY YEARS! I cannot say how highly I recommend the office of Capovilla and Williams! I can say it has been 5/5 stars!
