Outstanding win by a world-class attorney I am an Army Lieutenant Colonel with 26 years of service that was falsely accused of spousal and child financial, emotional, verbal and physical abuse after filing for divorce. After three years of legal battles in the military justice system I was referred to a Board of Inquiry in an effort to involuntarily separate me with an Other-Than-Honorable discharge, stripping me of my retirement and benefits. I shopped around and spoke with a few different firms for my league needs. Once I found Capovilla and Williams and read up on their firm I knew I found the best of the best. Dan Higgins represented one of my Soldiers in a separation board hearing on allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct as a Drill Sergeant.
